Insights Beyond Jehovah’s Witnesses
We Try To Be!
Who Owns The Kingdom Halls
If you’re a current or former Jehovah’s Witness and feel like you were (or still are) part of a special group chosen by God, you might be surprised to see how much you actually have in common with other groups who believe the same thing.
If you’re on a personal journey looking for “the truth,” these videos below might help you sort through your thoughts. They’re not here to preach or push doctrine neither are they here for their doctrinal accuracy, but for their comparativevalue—offering insight into the experiences and beliefs of others who have walked similar paths.

Jehovah’s Witnesses generously fund Kingdom Hall construction through donations and volunteer labor. While congregations use and care for their local Halls, ownership remains with the Watch Tower Society. If a Kingdom Hall is sold, the proceeds go to the Society, not the local congregation.

John 10:9
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out and find pasture.
The Worldwide Church of God recruited through media and Bible courses, and while not formal, those who left were often distanced.
Mormon missionaries recruit door-to-door with personal contact and literature, and those who leave may face social distance.
The Moonies recruit through group activities, and persistent encouragement from companions, and those who leave often face social distancing and rejection from the group.
Jehovah’s Witnesses recruit through door-to-door witnessing, Bible studies, and personal contact, and those who leave often face shunning by family and friends.
